Here is some information that may help you with your initial deposit.
As you may know, when you click on "Bank" in the software, a dialog
box appears with the deposit icon. After you click on it, the
filling form appears. If your deposit is by means of your credit
card, enter the information on the filling forms. Remember to
enter the complete card number, the name of the cardholder and
the address (must be the same information your credit card company
has). When you enter the date on the date field, there should
be two digits for the month and four for the year. There should
be no dashes, spaces or slashes. (March 2001 would be 032001)
It's necessary for this information to be complete for you to
be able to deposit and play for money.
ACH:
